Free access pass to both the private Nines complex (outdoor heated pool open between Easter and October Half Term full time, then open over Christmas and NY only) and the main on-site luxury Spa, with slate lined 20 metre indoor and outdoor heated pools, outdoor plunge eco pool, steam room, sauna, fully equipped gym and treatment rooms for a range of massages and spa beauty sessions.

Lower Mill Estate also has two tennis courts, two children’s play areas, a soft play area and 450 acres of private nature reserve with lakeside walks and cycle routes. Wildlife includes over-wintering wildfowl, otters, owls, bats, deer, and the first European Beavers to be introduced in England.

“Suus and the team are so friendly”

We spent a weekend at Serenity House on Lower Mill Estate (although we now wish it was longer!). The house had everything we wanted for a weekend celebrating my dad’s birthday. The house was so clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the amazing views from the property and the hot tub looking over the lake. The facilities on the Lower Mill estate were also great. We enjoyed going for a walk each day, spending time in the spa and also having a drink at Ballihoo Club. There is plenty to do for all ages. Suus and the team are so friendly and are always available to answer any questions about the property or the estate. The customer service we received is the best we have ever received when booking a stay somewhere and they even arranged for an early check in at the property. The welcome pack was also a lovely gesture. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We made some wonderful family memories at Serenity that we’ll cherish forever. We will defo be back again soon – Feb 24 CS

“We wish we were staying for longer”

Here for a short break and we wish we were staying for longer. The peace here is exactly what we all needed to re-charge. Wonderful house and beautifully appointed. Love the setting. We made use of most of the facilities that didn’t need booking prior to arriving – gym, pool, kayaks. We did ask about spa treatments on the off chance but nothing available until mid-October! We’ll definitely be back, hopefully fairly soon. Our one request to the Estate management would be to increase the capacity of the Spa and the Restaurant. “We really enjoyed all the ‘tech’!”

We have had a lovely relaxing week at Serenity. It’s really well appointed with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed all the ‘tech’! The WiFi is excellent and we really enjoyed having the Sonos system. The BBQ was also excellent. Ballihoo books up a long time in advance for dinner (no slots for 10 days when we were there) but lunch there was really lovely. We also enjoyed the Potting Shed at Crudwell. We enjoyed swimming at both the Spa and the Nines pool. We also had great fun ‘Katakanu-ing’ on the lagoon. Loads of great walks with the dog. Thank you so much! Sep 2021 AT

Just got back from a beautiful week staying at ‘Serenity’ House on the Lower Mill Estate. The house was beautiful, modern and clean, and the on site facilities were fun, family and couple orientated. What could have been a rather soggy week in the Cotswolds turned out to be a stunning seven-days-worth of memories that will last a lifetime.
