Located centrally in the exclusive spa resort that is Lower Mill Estate, Minety Dawn is a beautiful, spacious family home situated on its own little peninsula on Minety Lake. Sleeping 8 guests very comfortably over 3 floors, Minety Dawn is a stunning open plan home with log burner, breathtaking views over the lake, and direct lake access by way of private jetty. There is a possibility to set up the fifth bedroom with 2 single beds. The huge bi-fold doors on the ground floor allow seamless indoor/outdoor living, and there is so much for the whole family to do on the wider Estate. Drift off to sleep to the gentle sounds of nature, ready to awaken refreshed for another day of paddle boarding, kayaking, cycling, or just enjoying some time at the luxury on-site Spa - free access is included with this property. The Spa and on-site field-to-fork restaurant Ballihoo are a stones throw away, and they serve superb coffee!

- Sleeps 10 guests, which includes the option to set up a further 2 single beds in the fifth bedroom (set up as sofa/tv room as standard)

Accommodation includes:
- Beautiful open plan living space combining a modern kitchen, comfy seating and a dining area with views straight out over Minety Lake.
- The dining table seats 8, and there is a large kitchen island with 4 bar stools and induction hob cooker. The living space encompasses 2 super comfy sofas surrounding a log burner and smart TV.
- There is a separate downstairs loo and secondary property access via a large utility room to the side of the house
- Built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, separate washer & dryer, and Nespresso coffee machine
- Amazing floor to ceiling glass sliding doors from the living room to the main deck, and the master bedroom has its own private balcony with small seating area
- Large outdoor decking area with plenty of comfortable seating and gas BBQ. The land surrounding the house is yours to use, including the large picnic table out on the grass
- Fibre broadband provided as standard
Free access pass to the on-site luxury Spa, with slate lined 20 metre indoor and outdoor heated pools, outdoor plunge eco pool, steam room, sauna, fully equipped gym and treatment rooms for a range of massages and spa beauty sessions using the latest Gaia products. Mill Village pool and tennis court are also at your disposal, as well as a table tennis room near the Mill Village playground. There is a MUGA (multi use games arena)/5 aside football pitch nearby too, hugely popular with visiting families!
Lower Mill Estate also has two tennis courts, two children’s play areas, a soft play area (chargeable) and 450 acres of private nature reserve with lakeside walks and cycle routes. Wildlife includes over-wintering wildfowl, otters, owls, bats, deer, and the first European Beavers to be introduced in England.
