The private garden is a rarity at Lower Mill Estate, and has private steps to the babbling brook that edges the garden. This is a cherished family getaway, offering a warm, inviting atmosphere for families (or friends!) looking for a unique and memorable experience. Nearby you will find Mill Village heated outdoor pool, sauna, play ground, table tennis and tennis court - there is plenty to keep you entertained! Guests benefit from complimentary access to the luxury on-site spa as standard, where they can choose from indoor heated, outdoor heated, or even a lily-filtered plunge pool! There is also a sauna, steam room, gym and treatment rooms.

Accommodation includes:
- Large open plan ground floor living space with huge comfortable sofa by the TV, and French doors leading to the private, enclosed garden area (on one side of the garden there is a small stream, perfect for kids to paddle about in but more adventurous dogs might cross it). There is a second seating area with gorgeous green sofa and two upright chairs surrounding the wood burning stove. There is also a small record player and some vinyl for you to enjoy!
- The owners of Farmhouse Barn have taken great care to highlight the character of this property, think beams, shaker style kitchen and flagstones! The house is perfect for socialising and has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy some quiet time should they wish
- The garden has 2 sun loungers, a large outdoor dining table and Gas BBQ (gas included in your stay)
- Well equipped kitchen with large American style fridge freezer, gas cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine
Free access pass to the main on-site luxury Spa, with slate lined 20 metre indoor and outdoor heated pools, outdoor plunge eco pool, steam room, sauna, fully equipped gym and treatment rooms for a range of massages and spa beauty sessions. Guests usually choose Mill Village pool as it is so conveniently located, and beautifully warm!
Lower Mill Estate also has tennis courts, children’s play areas, a soft play area and 450 acres of private nature reserve with lakeside walks and cycle routes. Wildlife includes over-wintering wildfowl, otters, owls, bats, deer, and the first European Beavers to be introduced in England.
