Escape to 91 Howells Mere, a stylish lakeside retreat within the exclusive Lower Mill Estate in the heart of the Cotswolds, sleeping 8 guests over 3 floors with the stunning master king bedroom spanning the top floor. With direct lake access, a private hot tub, air conditioning for the master bedroom and access to the estate’s award-winning spa, it is the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. Spend your days paddle boarding, exploring beautiful nature trails or unwinding by the water, before sinking into the hot tub and enjoying the peaceful lakeside surroundings. EV charging available too. The Spa, pools, on-site restaurant Ballihoo and the tennis/multi-use courts are only a few minutes walk from the property.

Accommodation includes:
- Large open plan living area on the first floor comprising of a well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, spacious dining table and comfortable living area
- Large full size fridge, under counter freezer, 2 x ovens, dishwasher, microwave (all Neff), Nespresso coffee machine (original pods) and milk frother
- Ground floor family bathroom also houses separate washing machine and dryer – both Neff
- Highchair and travel cot provided at the house (linen not provided for travel cot for hygiene reasons)
- Wood burning stove
- Enclosed outdoor decking area with outdoor seating for 8, a round sun lounger and a gas BBQ (gas provided)
- For the security of the property and our guests, there is a Google Nest video doorbell located at the front entrance – it covers the exterior entrance area only (there are no cameras or recording devices inside the property or in any private guest areas)
Free access pass to the main on-site luxury Spa, with slate lined 20 metre indoor and outdoor heated pools, outdoor plunge eco pool, steam room, sauna, fully equipped gym and treatment rooms for a range of massages and spa beauty sessions.
Lower Mill Estate also has two tennis courts, two children’s play areas, a soft play area and 450 acres of private nature reserve with lakeside walks and cycle routes. Wildlife includes over-wintering wildfowl, otters, owls, bats, deer, and the first European Beavers to be introduced in England.
