Nestled in the most recently developed area of glorious Lower Mill Estate, 52 is a haven for those wishing to escape the general hustle and bustle of life. Taking lakeside living that one step further with its own private jetty and hot tub overlooking Minety Lake, 52 sleeps 8 adults comfortably over 2 floors and you will find small touches of luxury everywhere you look. High thread-count sheets, luxurious bedding, plentiful comfortable sofas in front of the log burner, this property just screams relaxation. This is an adult-only rental please.

And if you like the artwork, the owner has painted it all herself and is open to selling it!

• 3 king bedrooms with en-suite (one with bath) – first floor. The master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the lake

Accommodation includes:

• Beautiful open plan living space combining a modern kitchen, comfy seating and a dining area with views straight out over Minety Lake. The dining table seats 8, and there is a large kitchen island with 2 bar stools, an induction hob cooker and Quooker tap. The living space encompasses 3 super comfy sofas surrounding a log burner and smart TV. There is a separate downstairs loo and second property access via a large utility room to the side of the house
• Built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machine
• High thread-count sheets and luxuriously fluffy pillows
• Amazing floor to ceiling glass sliding doors from the living room to the main deck, but also from the master bedroom to its private balcony with small seating area
• Wood burning Stove
• Large outdoor decking area with seating for 8, hot tub and charcoal BBQ (please bring your own coal and clean the BBQ afterwards)

There are a few properties in this area of the Estate which are still under construction which is why we have temporarily opened this property up for rental during the weekends only. There should only be very light work being undertaken late Friday afternoon, Saturday morning and Monday morning.
